This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The signature pads on the home page and the product demo run entirely in your browser; what you draw or type on those two pages is never sent to us.

The signing service is different. When you sign in or sign a document sent to you, WriteSign keeps a record of who signed, when, the kind of device and network connection used, the signature you adopted, and the document exactly as it was shown. That record exists so the signed document can be verified later, and it is shared only with the parties to the document. Sign-in and signing use a short-lived cookie to tie the code you enter to the browser you entered it in.

The contact form sends what you type to WriteSign through a message relay. The form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep automated submissions out; Turnstile may set a cookie of its own for that purpose. What you send is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which logs requests for security and performance in the ordinary way. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
